So I crafted a few stuff and tried putting upgrades on but it doesn't work. I crafted haft for the one handed weapon on cassandra but when I go to weapon customization there is no haft upgrade. The same goes for other upgrades, when I press on a weapon there is no option to put my upgrades on. Any ideas?

I think this is a SP question, in answer to this you need to apply upgrades at a smith or your forge in Skyhold..
