I'm really happy about the Cross-Buy program—makes it far more likely I'll buy the DLC since I still only have a PS3 but will be upgrading at some point and was going to get DA:I again when I did.
That said, I've generally heard the DLC wasn't especially great value for money, so I might wait for a sale. Or until I start playing DAI again. Whichever comes first.
