Probably Bioware wasn't making this decision. This is an EA/Microsoft business deal that we were aware of since before DA:I was released. It was all over E3 but it still sucks to actually experience getting the content late.

Do not get me started on Destiny. Destiny/Sony has done the worst disservice to its players and I'm a PS4 owner. It's just crappy business practices big corporation can get away with. :C

Man, I was surprised by the price of the DLC for Destiny. You'd basically have to get the season pass if you really want it but don't want to pay a whole lot for each one individually.

i have both ps4 & xbox 1, was sad that only my xb1 was available.

I knew it was because of Microsofts exclusive money deal with EA and EAaccess. I did purchase the new Hakkon DLC but ended up just exiting DA:I on my XB1.

reason why was because my Xbox 1 is soooo laggy with just about any video game honestly. Also the graphics on my Xbox 1 lack the visual candy and awesomeness ..... unless you are playing Warframe on the Xbox 1 which looks & plays amazing. But Warframe plays awesome and looks awesome on both my PS4 & Xbox 1.

back to the DLC, i ended up just watching the Twitch streamers instead. I hope.... I hope that the difficulty STAYS and NOT Nerfed!

I found it very fun and entertaining to watch almost every single KnightMage and OP Rogue try to work thru the level of difficulty of the new DLC. Soooo many knight mages and rogue streams LOL.

I might give the DLC on my Xbox 1 a go this weekend, but on my PS4 (which does NOT lag) I am looking forward to playing definately any and all of Biowares DLCs for Inquisition!

I did cancel my EA Access subscription because honestly its not worth the money. The limited time they offer to play new titles before release is like a tiny drop of water that evaporates before it can hit the ground to splash.

EA access is not worth thr money.

The ONLY thing that keeps me buying video games from EA? ...... Its Bioware!

i might just sell off my XBox 1, I use my PS4 and enjoy the quality of game play their and the visuals of the same titles are just so much more rich and immersive fun to experience.

Microsoft really should just recall all if their units and start over.

I definately will buy and play Biowares DLCs for Drsgon Age Inquisition for my PS4. Ive had the DLC on my Xbox1 now for about a week and just not impressed with the visuals on that platform and the sound starts to sound like static too and cuts out from time to time. I dont believe its the game, its the poor quality of the Xbox 1 imo. Based on other game titles ive tried on the platform.

Ill try to give it another try this weekend. I launched DA:I on my PS4 the other day and had no problems at all. Dragon Age on my PS4 still amazing beautiful and awesome like day one

Despite the negative things I've heard about this DLC I was considering buying it if it came to the PS4 soon. However In May there is Wolfenstein: The Old Blood and a couple weeks after that The Witcher 3 so I'm going to skip it.

whats funny is that May prob almost everyone will be solely focused on and playing Witcher 3 and streaming it heavy in Twitch.

I know I will be playing Witch 3 in May for a long while before considering to play the new dlc in DA. Also the Witcher 3 i preordered for my PS4 only .... not my collecting dust Xbox 1.

Why not? They get paid by Microsoft to arbitrarily delay the release on some platforms, and then get paid by consumers who think this is perfectly ok because everyone has been doing this for decades. As long as people keep buying the dlc not taking the money really isn't worth it to make your consumers marginally happier.

Sorry BW i love you but in May you know that a popular RPG is being released......a game many of us waited far too long. If you can release your DLC like the 1st of may then i'm buying it because there is still plenty of time before the 19th of the same month but if it is so close then i have to skip it. Nothing personal my time is limited and can only focus on one game at time.

I honestly believe you are just trolling. Dragon age looks amazing on xbox one!( & looks pretty much the same as ps4) & I nore any of my friends nore any other player I have played with have ever complained about leg(except in multiplayer games, where's it's honestly not that bad). Xbox one is a great system & Microsoft keeps making it better every month with all the amazing updates they release. Ps4 on the other hand is an over-rated hype box that can barely do 1080p with out major frame rate issues. Add to hat it's horrendous exclusives line it really has no reason to exist other than to trick people into buying garbage.

Bioware and EA have made a mistake... If I'm to choose between spending my time on The Witcher 3 (likely to be one of the best RPGs of all time and will be brand new in May) or a 10 hour DA:I DLC. The answer is obvious. EA and Bioware might end up loosing money, I doubt the money Microsoft bribed them will equal the loses from alienated PS4 fans who will be too busy with The Witcher 3 to pay the 2 month old DLC any attention.

Unfortunately The Witcher 3 will most likely be taking up most of my time in May so I'm gonna have to pass on this DLC for now. I'll wait for it to come down in price and get it at a later date..

Yeah releasing the Dlc in may is a really bad call because Witcher 3 is gonna flat out obliterate DAI and what do you have to compete B-Ware huh all you got is an over priced Dlc that and the Emporium but sadly by the time you release those alot of folks will have shelved DAI getting ready for The Witcher 3.

Maybe you can release some new MP Dlc that no one will even care about seriously B-Ware a whole month with nothing brillant.
