All the advice in the world cannot help me play the Juggy better.

I'm horrible at tanking enemies. Have you seen a Jugg die to a Geth Turret?

Learn to walk backwards and shoot. For a jugg, that's especially useful advice.

QFT.

Limbs's build FTW, firing off SP while the PPR refills.  I've never been quite brave enough to try it exactly like that myself though - I've always split the Turret and Fitness points. The Spitfire or GPS would be my main alternative, but tbh if it wasn't for Challenges I'd just stick with the PPR.

Arcane Warrior/Spirit Healer Warden tank or, in true hipster style, rogue Ranger tank.

Pfft on ranger, Rogue / Duelist / Bard with max Dex can tank by being unhittable. If we are talking about DA: Origins still.

I prefer the juggy with the N7 Crusader. That way, I can take my time to line up headshots and not die if something sneaks up on me. Also, it does great damage with siege pulse spam.

Yeah, but you want those points in Cunning, for the armour penetration and critical damage bonuses.

That said, the passive Soldier's Tower DLC ability for a rogue, alongside Evasion, could make a high level rogue an effective off-tank...at the price of the evasion animation resetting your attacks.  And of course the Legionnaire and Shadow specs make things even more unfair...

No Hex Shield, because you don't need it. Siege Pulse exists mainly for DR, some games I don't fire it even once. Turret for "healing".

Always keep moving, use the Falcon and light melee to stagger, heavy melee to grab and recharge when necessary, also to gain stagger immunity yourself. Burn everything in your path, deploy the turret to gain shields while moving, use soft cover, don't get into unnecessary melee fights, rely on your weapons to do damage.

I usually extract with the 20 headshot medal, died maybe once and lead the board with a comfortable margin on Gold.

Use Alistair. Sten doesn't start with shield talents and his Constitution is kind of low.

Use Shale when you get her, she's even better.

...wait, wrong game.

Hmmmm.... I have a Jugg and I hear a lot of arguing about how to play a jug, anyone have a good crash course on making an indestructible jugg?

with some Space Magic  :wizard: you can fix that

for me the problem is with Geth Destroyer (intentional internal name) is the speed they did too slow and you are limited on higher difficulties be a statue and attracts the bad guys, how fix that with some Space Magic  :wizard: you can force walk speed  for 2X but why not run, becuase Geth Destroyer never learn that command he only can walk, if need more info about Space Magic  :wizard: you can check http://me3tweaks.mga...roductions.com/or ask for some help many wizards can help you  :wizard:

I've been curious if plat solo is going to be fun (or possible) with this kit.  Most of the people I talk to think of heavy melee spamming, which... I don't know if I want to finish by Christmas.  I don't feel like heavy meleeing will work on difficulty above silver anyway.  First time I've seen siege pulse spamming which seems mighty effective and fun.  Is this possible on plat solo-ing?

As I said, Spitfire

https://youtu.be/nX2TSEXenJU?t=17s

I second the Spitfire.  Normally, I think it's a horrible gun.  But playing a Spitfire Juggy with Incendiary Ammo alongside a class with Chain Overload is a thing of beauty.  Especially on an open map - nothing ever gets a chance to get close to you if you use your hex shield and RHA correctly.

Whenever you see your teammates grouped together, holding their ground & fiercely unloading righteous destruction upon the enemy, be sure to deploy an area hex shield right in front of them for added protection.  They will thank you for this.  Be prepared for lots of love mail.

Yes, and make sure to use the large hex shield, for extra protection!

How I tank with Jugg...

*Keep your damage reduction up when tanking. Don't shoot your pulse cannon then try to tank without re-casting it first.

*Don't rely on endlessly heavy meleeing. Use heavy melee to restore your shields when necessary. You still have to shoot and use strategic positioning to not get overwhelmed.

*Don't stand too far out in the open when tanking. Tank out in the open enough that it's easy for your teammates to get shots on the things you're tanking, but stay close enough to doorways and such that you can make a (relatively) quick escape if things get too hot.

*I put 3 points into Hex shield because when tanking it can cover you from distant artillery coming from the side, such as Ravagers, Atlas', and Scions. This massively increases survivability when you're trying to focus on tanking mooks or sync killers out in the open. Just make sure you place it a meter or two away from you so you don't get hit by the splash damage.

*I use an adrenaline mod instead of cyclonics. I don't think most people do this because Jugg benefits so much from cyclonics, but since he can quickly recharge his shields while tanking either way, I find the extra mobility MUCH more helpful in increasing his ability to reposition.

*I'd also suggest using an ammo-less gun or a gun with a high reserve, because the last thing you want to do while tanking is have to break off periodically to haul your slow ass to the ammo box. I find the Particle rifle or Crusader to be perfect for him.

*Most importantly, don't try to tank all of the things all of the time. Do it strategically when it benefits the team or when necessary for your own suvivability.

A lot of good advice here already.  I will try not to repeat--sort of.  I will say that in the real world a "tank" is an offensive weapon so play the Jugg as one!  Adrenaline module to improve movement speed, move in, kill stuff, heavy melee to replenish shields, ragdoll phantoms. and pin down banshees for withering crossfire from teammates and their quick demise.  Your teammates will love you.  I spec 5 into shield, not obtrusive (as level 6 can be) but you teammate on the device will love you when you drop it down behind them.  I spec siege pulse for DR but use it offensively (fire all 4) and replenish.  Keep advancing and destroying stuff.  Weapons I like on him:  GPS, Typhoon, and PPR/Lancer (no ammo box required) with incendiary ammo.  Spitfire sometimes--because you just have to.

The odd time I've dropped into a platinum lobby to find 3 infiltrators already there... this is what I use. If I'm going to be a decoy, I'll going to be a huge, slow moving decoy!

Basically just wander around going "noo ne noo" like the typewriter from Sesame Street, shooting everything with the Spitfire and detonating with Siege Pulse.

When there's something big to kill, or you need to block an Atlas Rocket, Banshee Warp Ball or Praetorian Laser, drop the Hex shield down (small shield to help offset the damage reduction from taking 6b on hardened platform), poke the Spitfire around the edge and keep on shooting and detonating... n.b. doesn't work too well against Scions; grenades and splash damage from their warp :|

I spec shield to 5 and put 3 in turret.  Pop the turret out for flank protection, enemy pointer, and quick shield refresh.
