the worst part (oh, my life's ever so hard...) is waiting to get this DLC.  got into SP lately, 45hrs in.  thinking I'll wait until the DLC perhaps goes on sale.  if not, will pick it up eventually.

yes indeed.  we have asked for that and if the recent EBGames leak contains any truth, the next DLC may be called DragonSlayer.  Hmmmm.

I figured any exclusive deal would be 30 to 60 days. Personally, I would have gone with 30.

exclusive games im fine with. even day 1 dlc.

 

but timed exclusive dlc, thats it for me.

I have no problem with exclusivity of games and Day 1 DLC but this kind of exclusivity was a poor business choice.

Is it? That would depend entirely on how much money EA got from Microsoft (Plus advertising etc.).

 

Since we are not prevy to those details, lets not speculate too hard on it.

No, it was always for PS4/PS3/Xbox 360 aswell.

 

But part of the deal was that BW isn't allowed to talk about those versions of the DLC.

Disagree. Posts need to have increased weighting based on badges. And a VIP section, with champagne, cocaine and high class hookers.
