I personally have not, but watching Ghost Adventures and its spin off show Aftershocks I'm glad I haven't (if true there is some can of worms there that I don't want to open). I understand that those shows that are on tv can easily manipulate footage/sound to make it seem like something was thrown, said, or a shadowy figure appear. That being said when watching Aftershocks I'm leading towards believing because its something that is not captured on camera and these people appear not to be crazy I'd guess.
Have you ever had a paranormal or unexplained experience? Do you even believe in such things?

In my grandmother's small town the story was that she had seen a ghost in her home, but she always denied it. I believe her version. The problem is that the story that got told was such a good one in was written up into several collections of 'true' ghost stories. Right up until she died strangers would knock on her door and pester her about her haunted house.
There have been two owners since she died and they haven't seen any ghosts either.

I completely forgot about Aftershocks! I like Zak Bagans eventhough my sister says he looks like a douchebag.
But yes, I believe.

Rationally no, but when I'm half asleep and paralyzed in bed my monkey brain knows the fear again.
What about your "donkey brain"??

Ghost Adventures isn't the same without Nick. What kept me coming back was the humor between the three, not necessarily the 'evidence' of the show

While I don't really believe any of that stuff,, I do have a vague memory of when I was kid, maybe 7-10 years old. It was in the dead of night, and I needed to get out of bed to the go to the bathroom. Once I finished my business there I left the bathroom only to see a big pair of red eyes staring right at me. which belonged to a big shadowy, beastly figure. For a moment fear paralysed me until the fight or flight instinct kicked in and I ran straight to the bed where I wound the sheets tightly around me until I went to sleep.
In hindsight it was obviously my long since deceased pet dog, Bob, that had black fur but still, I remember everything vividly. Maybe even too vividly.

Does that count?

Maybe, I don't know enough about my own mental health or the situation itself to be sure whether it was or not.
Personally I don't believe in the supernatural, but unexplained, oh, I have plenty of those.
Like last week my dog found a dead fish still with scales, head, and fins. While unable to identify the fish, it is not the kind you'd buy at a store to eat.
Given there is no body of water capable of sustaining a fish that size(it was most likely about a foot long, my dog got to it afterall, it wasn't whole) for miles.
I still have no idea where she found it.

My ex asked me if we were going to get serious. I asked her if she wanted the truth. I don't remember much of what happened after I saw that book fly towards me really fast.

Not sure if this counts, but I was in bed once trying to sleep, and I kept hearing this weird knocking sound. Like, knocking on a hardwood floor. It kept me up practically all night, so I finally decided to see what it was. I got out of bed and turned the lights on and looked around my room. The sounds stopped when I turned the lights on and resumed when I turned them back off. Finally, after a good 2 hours or so of being pestered by the knocking, I got a flashlight and looked around my room in the dark. It turns out it was just Willem Dafoe living under my bed. He tosses and turns a lot when he sleeps.
