Just started Inquisition. Can someone tell me how you increase theattributesfor the character. We went up 2 levels and didn't see the attributes change. Can you assign them like in Origins?

Unfortunately, you cannot manually assign attributes anymore, much to the dismay of myself and many others. The new system adds one point of Strength, Dexterity, or Magic (depending on your class) each level, as well as 9 health. I'm not sure why 9, or if that also changes depending on class - I just know it's 9 for a rogue. So, the only way to add attributes is through upgrades on weapons and gear. Hope that helps!
Edit: The attributes themselves work fairly differently than DA:O/2 as well, so hover over them in your stats page to see what they now do.

You can't. Attributes are tied to the skills themselves. I like it this way.

I forgot to mention that you also get attributes by picking passive abilities in trees.
