I found the region ONCE and I'm currently looking for it again because there's a codex entry I need to trigger the quest They Came From Somewhere else. I'm having a hell of a time trying to find it but I know that it's somewhere west of Cliffside Camp. If someone could mark a spot on their map and take a screenshot, or provide me with some directions, I'd very much appreciate it.

It is indeed due west of the Cliffside camp. Coming from there, just past the first waterway there is a path that leads to the top where the codex entry is.
