Im playing HOTU campaign and the binding for my reaper stone isnt working, for example when i try and bind at the inn where you first start in and lower into undermountain via the well, it still doesnt appear in my bind list. just the Gate with the reaper. what gives??

You need to visit the Reaper, then select the door (1,2,3,4,5). It won't appear on dialogue list, just when you teleport to Reaper's realm.
