I change my Shepard's morality each time I play, or at least I try to. I seem to gravitate more to paragade than the others.
Good guy with good intentions the majority of the time, but with some renegade actions when I want to [like breaking Kai Leng's sword, punching that Quarian admiral after trying to kill me and my team in the Dreadnought, etc]

ME1: Paragon (typical Alliance soldier, naive)
ME2: Renegon (dying and coming back, Alliance and Council shitting on you, Ashley my LI from ME1 basically betraying you etc.)
ME3: Paragade (focused on the war and saving people)

1)Heavy Renegade
2)Middle road/confused
3)Paragon..with a little renegade
I kind of see my guy learning not to use people. Believe it or not, Jack is my Shep's moral compass. haha. She can be hardcore, but she doesn't use people. And ME3 has a lot of temptations to use people more than before. I try to avoid it. Renegade just isn't cool anymore. lol
Renegade, except for the times where it makes Shepard come off as irrationally angry or dickish.
Renagon
Why? Because my Shepard is pissed off most of ME3. Comes from being "relieved of duty" when she wasn't officially in the Alliance anyway. Also... none of her friends even visited when she was locked up.
ME1: Renegade
ME2: Renegon
ME3: Renegon
There were fewer renegade choices I wanted to take in ME2/3. Like recruiting Morinth, letting the crew die, giving Cerberus the Collector base, recruiting the rachni. Didn't really fit my Shep. She's ruthless, not foolish.
Never played much ME1.
ME2: Renegade
ME3: Renegade
My Shepard just wants to get the job done, and if feelings get hurt, bones get broken, people get killed, or entire civilizations or cultures are wiped from the universe, so be it.
Chain smoking and heavy drinking. Of course only bad guys smoke in the MEU.
