- Samantha Traynor: Commander Shepard, we have an urgent message from the Citadel. Shall I patch you through?

- Shepard: Sounds good Traynor, let's see how the Alliance is holding up against the Reapers.

- Hackett: Commander Shepard. Good work against Cerberus in your last mission. We know they are a bit of a touchy enemy for you. The Alliance has a new mission for your crew. It's a little out of your way, but we think it may be worthwhile for our war efforts.

- Shepard: I should go. On the mission, that is.

- Hackett: We've intercepted some static from beyond the Perseus Veil. We haven't been able to make out what exactly we're hearing, but the signals appear to be organized and deliberate. What's particularly interesting to the Alliance is the general scale of the signal. It seems to be propagating from an incredibly large position, from all points, simultaneously.

- Shepard: Another Harbinger?

- Hackett: That's a possibility Shepard. It seems this is originating from either one very large source, or an enormous army all communicating in tandem. Either way, this is priority Shepard. We need to make sure this signal is coming from allies, and not yet another enemy to contend with.

- Shepard: Turning the Normandy around as we speak sir.

- Hackett: Thank you Shepard, and Good luck. Hackett out...

This sounds like a good start...
