If a DLC promoted a continuation of the story with Tallis as it's biggest selling point, I'm near to certain that I would not buy it. But that's just me.

Since the game is M18 anyway, i would like a DLC with lots of X rated content to do with your romance or companions in skyhold. . Instead of just kissing your LI give you the option to get some nookie with them in a cut scene hehehe.  Dragonage porn

Maybe an Item/Schematic Pack DLC that includes a scavenger/treasure hunt quest for existing zones which also involves the return of Wade and Herren. Maybe this DLC could allow for respawning High Dragons of various, new types... if lots of High Dragons messes with lore on rarity, perhaps these new high dragon spawns could be like the Queen of the Blackmarsh; fade ghostly dragon entities.

I'm still not over the lack of a real city in DAI, so I'd love to see a well done Val Royeaux, with Sandal in there.

And also some follow up on Solas.

 

I actually enjoyed JoH, but it's too random and far from the main story lines, I hope this is not the path they take with other DLCs.

I'm on the Kal-Sharok train. I'd love to see some more dwarves, and Orzammarr has been seen and done.

 

Also, for other ideas:

 

Some kind of resolution on the Grey Wardens. The Architect and the Hero of Ferelden in particular. Not asking for a physcial appearance by the Warden, just something more concrete than "Looking for a cure to the Calling. Take care now."

 

A visit to a non-Kirkwall city in the Free Marches. Starkhaven, Ostwick, Tantervale, etc. Any of them would be fun, as long as we avoid Kirkwall. Spent too much time in that city already.

 

Solas-related stuff. Yeah, that needs some closure.

 

More stuff with Ferelden's monarchs. Not nearly enough King Alistair/Queen Anora in Dragon Age: Inquisition.

 

Most of all, however, I'd like to see more of our companions from Kirkwall. Aveline, Anders, Bethany/Carver, Fenris, Isabela, Merrill and Sebastian. I'd like to see some kind of resolution on their stories and characters. In particular, some reaction to whether or not Hawke died would be a cool thing to see. We didn't even get a letter in the base game. Just sad Varric....Honestly, we don't even get to sleep with Isabela. What kind of Dragon Age game is it when the protagonist doesn't get that option?

-Warden-Commander of Ferelden and his/her quest to combat the Calling. Revealing the secrets of Blight and Flemeth/Mythal's relation to Blight. Perhaps unlocking the power of the taint Avernus mentioned in DAO.

 

that's probably the only DLC I'd be overly interested in, especially after seeing the Jaws of Hakkon. Other than this, the next Dragon Age product I'm willing to buy would be Dragon Age 4.

Ive heard alot of different complaints abouit the new dlc. I agree with some of them and disagree with others.

My main complaint is that Bioware hasnt followed up on Tallis storyline.

Considering that Tallis is a beloved fanfavorite i feel that they should continue her story.

I especially need some closure on my Hawkes  romance with her.

 

It would be amazing if you could romance Tallis as the Inquisitor to. It would be a dream scenario to see a love triangle between talis, the inquisitor and hawke. If you left Hawke in the fade, his strong emotional connection to Tallis could bring him back to from the fade. He could come back as an awesome spirit-demon-hawke hybrid. Then the Inquisitor and Hawke would duel for Tallis, and the winner would get Tallis affections. But during the duel a new threat shows up, and then DemonHawke and Inquisitor have to join forces to defeat it. Maybe some sort of redlyrium infused high dragon who would be voiced by Jason Isaacs.

 

And after defeating the threat you could see the evil mind behind the the dragon. It would be a hooded figure with burned skin. And when she takjes off her hood it turns out to be ANDRASTE! Then cue to dragon age 4 where elvish Gods and Andrastian God will fight for power of the world. And the key to stopping that threat would lay inside Tallis mind.

Add a hitman to the coronation DLC, add the court approval system, more Vivienne/Cassandra/Leliana.

-Personally wanna get into Nevarra and/or Free Marches but I know that's unlikely now

-Coryphius related expansion to game that adds another Warden/Orlais-like main quest (to actually bolster his meaningfulness instead of just patheticness by the end) and/or a post-game Coryphius-related return (not necessarily him, but a manifestation of what became of him, connected to bigger matters)

-Skyhold + embellishment DLC that is substantial enough that its adds a whole other layer to pretty much everything we do. Weighty enough that it doesn't feel like just stuff that should have been patched in, but instead acts as the post-ending fulfillment of life in DAI as it grows even more and as characters get ready to finally leave (I'd like this to not only go peacefully). Perhaps hinting for characters could finally happen, like well, somethingsomethingaboutSera, for example. Be big enough to justify making and paying for it, and I'll pay up to $20, or even more.

 

Frankly, I was surprised (both in good and bad ways) that the 'first DLC slot' was used for that much Avvar focus. I don't hate it, but it just isn't my favored lore.
