Guys, we're the MP board! Let's finish this kit. I'll start with some possible Passives:

 

I Put A Spell On You

Playing a song succesfully has a 10% chance of paralyzing an enemy
 

Blue Suede Shoes

Whenever ZITHER! is set as the active character, all chest have an increased Rare item droprate

 

Ballroom Blitz

All Lightning damage dealt by ZITHER! is increased by 5% in the Orlesian Chateau

 

Sexual Healing

Clipping through a group member will heal 1 HP per second

I've been reading a lot of sports stories and I seem to forget every 5 minutes that it's April 1. That and the stories seem like they could be legit. I need to go home

We all like to laugh, but these kinds of elaborate stunts complete with fully functioning web pages do make me angry.

 

Why?

 

Because we cannot get consistent and accurate information on patches, how abilities actually work, what's in a DLC, and so forth.

 

You see this all the time at many companies: employees more excited to work on April Fool's / United Way Fundraising / whatever, rather than their real work. As a manger, you need to figure out why that is. Capture that excitement and make real work just as exciting to, er, work on.

I guess its better than them revealing Dragonslayer as a joke. We still have that sliver of hope. But then again, the night is still young.

Considering there are other found assets that weren't used... and that the difficulty addition of putting all the bosses on the same wave is reflective of a type of difficulty that existed in the Mass Effect MP... I think it's a safe assumption that what we're seeing today is stuff pulled from what they were building for the next DLC and not stuff created specifically for today... 

 

At least, I'd like to think of this as a taste of things to come, not the end of what's in store for us...

After playing as my chanter in Pillars of Eternity I wouldn't actually mind a serious take on a bard/support character for DAMP.

Yeah, if/when we get a bard class, I would love to have a mechanic that allowed for a series of overlapping passive buffs that culminated in an invocation spell depending on which 'chants' you used…...
