It seems like since Jaws of Hakkon released, it's harder to find groups, and i haven't bought it yet, do you have to have it to play with the people that have it? I'm on PC if that matters.
Do you need to have the expansion to play with others?

It is SP only, so it will not impact your ability to play with others in MP.

Indirectly. People will be playing SP content instead of MP while Jaws is fresh. It does not exclude your ability to play with others directly, unlike people without the Destruction DLC.
