I don't know if anyone else who had bought the DLC noticed this but I did and I'm going insane trying to figure it out. There's no quest marker. If anyone knows where to acquire this codex entry or map, please let me know!

The map, as far as I can tell, isn't even in the Game asset files. Either it was something that is yet to be implemented, or it's a bug. I'm inclined to think it's yet to be implemented, since there are three unused astrariums in the game asset files, too (above and beyond the ones in the DLC, I mean). I take it as a sign of hope that new story DLC is in the works.
