Hey guys Im looking for people to do platinum with my plan is to do it on firebase white and camp in that one room were there is 2 barricardes and if someone has a n7 engineer have it with shields also turrets help as well what will happen is infantry will come in and the 2 in the first barricade just pull them in while the other 2 take out other guys or lead them inside

Hi Sneaky. Several things. First, camping is lame, because it's not much fun. Second, there are several threads where you can find people on the right platform, including many who are willing to help you learn to play Platinum properly.
My best suggestion is that you read the first post in this thread and take it from there:
