I'm happy to report this is not true.

I'm happy my retaliation is gone with it, although not a 'fix', marksmad told me it forced a resync on server side:)

I had the retaliation glitch for almost a year and it's appears to be gone now.  This is truly refreshing although I'm not sure if they purposely fixed it or it's just random.

mine is gone too, so it forces a resync of your profile on server side I suppose

We do not get the kits from the last 2 MP DLC packs. Doesn't diminish the MP fun with decent players though.

That missing content includes Dragoons, Geth Bombers, Collectors, and Hazard maps. So it's not all downside

Seriously, though, PS3's patch was 25 MB. That's a decent bit of code for simple background fixes. What was really changed? Because I swear, if I downloaded junk data as an April Fools joke, and I can't play online without the newest useless version, I will rage at space on my system being wasted for no reason.

Wow... I thought everyone was joking about the Gigavorcha until I unlocked him today.  This character makes the juggernaut feel like a level 0 drell.  Wasn't it bad enough with all the horrible puggernauts playing platinum??  WHY BIOWARE, WHY!?

Whatever they fixed, it wasn't the missile glitch. Just had some ******* show up with a Destroyer/Striker combo on wave 2 and ruined our game.

Pretty sure it's a hoax, nothing has changed on PC.

I've got an idea on how to grab the update.  I'll need my Linux box though when I have the time.
