Don't want to step on any toes, but is there a means of changing up cassandra's face in the character editor? Just started playing and am a bit effy on cassy's look. I kind of feel that the malequisitor got a bit screwed on the romance options. Cass kind of looks like a, well I don't want to say it, I like her personality and voice alot, just wish the face matched. Josephine's face is different, I'm sure there are some who like her, but it would be preferable to somehow get them into the character editor if possible, thanks.
Change facial appearance of the female romance options?

Since Cassandra and Josephine are ugly enough to make you say a straight guy get's "screwed over" with them, care to share what your usual standards are then?
These threads pop up on a daily basis, so I really am curious.

If there was option like that there wouldn't be any point for Bioware to design characters.
I understand that, I just feel that inquisition did a different approach, I'm used to how things were done in previous bioware games. There are lots of things I like about this game, but it's the first time I've found myself in this situation.
Hi Dieb, preferably someone who looks like leliana, morrigan, isabella, tallis would be ideal.

A fair warning, you are going to step on a lot of toes with this thread by its premise alone because of previous threads made.
If you play on PC, you can go to the Dragon Age Inquisition Nexus where they may have mods that alters the facial features of your advisors and companions. If those are defunct because for recent patching then I do believe you are out of luck.

Only a few grammar errors.
Overly polite diction.
Lack of hyperbole.
I rate this a 9/10 - The Gentlemen's Troll

First thing's first. Let's get a toggle that can switch Vivienne between pro-Circle and pro-mage freedom. If we're going to alter characters, forget their appearances. I want to dominate their souls. Y'dig?

I don't feel similarly, 2 options for straight male gamers like always. One bisexual and one straight, one with long hair and one with short hair, one who is more stubborn and one who is more yielding.
Well there hasn't been warrior LI for male Inquisitor yet, so that's new.

I agree with the OP that the LI options for straight male players are definitely unconventional, and probably not to the taste of most male gamers. However, I think Cassandra and Josephine are rather good choices for companions as they are. Life isn't perfect and one can't expect to be surrounded by beautiful people all the time. I think it is good that developers are starting to include more characters who are not conventionally pretty in their games. For too long there has been a perception that to be heroic or just competent one has to also be good-looking and I believe that sets us up badly for real life, conditioning us to judge people on their appearance rather than their actions and personality. So I would encourage the OP to not mod them into supermodels - leave them as they are and learn to appreciate them in other ways.

If "these threads" are as prevalent as you say, I'm sure you already have already found plenty of inspiration in those, so your question is nothing but bait. Sadly, the responses to "these threads" always remind me of witch hunts -- and not the good (Morrigan) kind.
... and with this I'm out of this thread, I do not fancy seeing yet another poster hanged, drawn and quartered for public bemusement.

Not gonna happen. Characters are made in the writers image..
My heart bleeds for you though. It must be so disappointing.. not being able to get your rocks off to this game. I mean, this is why we play RPGs, right?
For the sex? The pseudo-romantic connections?
I am so generous, so considerate and so selfless that I have hunted down a perfect solution for you. Below is a link featuring a number of games that will cater to all tastes. Enjoy.

I don't see anything wrong with his wish to change their look. If this kind of thread pops up so often there might be a reason for it.
