I recently purchased the game and was loving it right up until the point where I cant seem to find any more Health Re-Generation potions (Just Found The Hinterlands, that's how far I've gotten). I keep dying no matter what I now dread the the thought of going near the game. I've exhausted everything I've even downloaded cheat trainers etc. But like expected nothing works i just want some sort of easy resolution to this problem..

Health potions are automatically restocked every time you return to a camp. When a exploring a good tactic is to pick a camp on the map somewhere in the unexplored zones and head for it. You pick and complete quests along the way, gain exp and restock your potions when you reach your destinations. Its always a good idea to try and establish all the camps as soon as possible when entering a new area so you always have somewhere close by the quickly warp to so you can rest and restock

Also you can unlock an ability to carry more healing potions. to unlock this ability you need to use "Inquisition Perks" at the War Table. It'll be in the "Forces" tree and you'll need to unlock 3 other Perks in this tree before you'll be able to unlock this ability. By the time you finish about half of the Hinterlands area you should have enough perks to do this. And since you're pretty new to the game I'll recommend that you go for this ability right away. But you also need to know that as the game progresses you'll realize that you almost never need potions except during a few boss fights or battles against dragons. And don't forget to have each party member carry a few regeneration potions, these are useful for "topping off" hit points in between regular resupplies.

You do know that you have to manually replenish Regeneration potions at the potions table, right?  Only the Health potions replenish automatically.  Also like JeffKaos said, each member of your party can carry additional potion/tonic/grenade slots.  I didn't figure this out until halfway through the game!

I also advise getting Jar of Bees ASAP.  That stuff's like napalm.  It literally rendered impossible encounters simple for me.

My absolute favorite "potion,"  available really early in the game and quick to upgrade.

Don't forget you can fast-travel back to Haven or camp as long as you're not in actual combat (the health bars can be showing, but the inventory icon is still lit.)

It's also good to remember that even in Hinterlands, there are enemies and rifts that are way above your level, if you've just gotten there with a low level character. Those are better to deal with later on, when you've levelled up some more. Also, after getting to Skyhold, you can find the 'Healing mist grenade' from Crestwood, which is sweet.

Also note that if you jump off a cliff while mounted neither the mount nor you take damage (even if you would take damage from the same jump by yourself).
