So I do not reckon the Inquisition will turn evil unless the Inquisitor is displaced and all its' followers become brainwashed like the Grey Wardens were.
And it only really makes sense for the Wardens, because they all share the same tie to some insidious corruption that makes them susceptible to manipulation in the first place.
It's an interesting concept, considering that the end goes on to make it seem like we have a bunch of enemies waiting to come out of the dark and face us.
It would be weird to try to take down something I created just like how it was weird to meet Hawke (and I redesigned her to look like my character) so, I was technically talking to myself and deciding to kill myself or not.
