I have downloaded the content on the xbox and got ingame and still have not yet gotten a message on the personal computer for details on how to get the gear. This is really confusing I did the console restart and everthing I followed the instructions 100% correctly but yet to get anything on the personal computer or even in my weapon locker or my captins cabin. Anyone else having this issue or even fixed it?


Edit: I have also been waiting for this message to show up for about 20 hours.

I got the same ****ING problem and wish these dumb developers at EA and Bioware would stop being dumb B.I.T.C.H.E.S. and just let us download our DLC the same way everyone else does so that when i expect to get some DLC when i buy a game i actually get it instead of 3 hours of ****ING HEADACHE trying to figure out why i didnt get my dlc when i followed their ****ty directions to the tee. **** you EA.

Same. I followed all the instructions, and my game/console is still telling me I need to buy Cerebus network, and when I try to input my code, it says it's in use. If there are any updates please post here.

This is really sad, they should have tested this over and over before releasing the game in the first place but no they probably wanted the game to come out right when MAG did so they could sorta ruin PS3's sales. Hopefully they fix this crap soon enough.

I'm having the same problem. I downloaded the Terminus armour and gun through the Xbox after entering the code on the website but still can't access it. I was sure my account had my gamertag linked to it and it shows up as being downloaded on the in game menu. What a mess.

Not sure if anyone tried this yet but you get your armor from the custimation area in you cabin. Select armor and press right on the first option, not sure if this helps but it's where to get it if you did not know already.

Been there tried it nothing changes armor stays the same sadly.

not that it matters, but the Terminus armor has lame stats, other then the fact thats it's kinda cool looking, I'd wear other gear instead for the bonuses.

I'm having the same issue getting the collectors armor which does NOT suck. I can see my dragon age armor but i still get nothing about the collectors edition stuff =l im gonna try removing it from my harddrive tonight and reinstalling it i guess

There should be some way for people who preordered to get a new code for the inferno gear and stuff cuz mine didnt work and now im S.O.L. I wouldnt buy the game right when it came out if i wasnt expecting the DLC so its kinda F.ed for them to jip me out of it.

I can't find my Inferno armor, either. I downloaded by Blood Dragon and Collector's armor just fine (although I can't find the Collector's weapon in the armory, but I'm thinking that's because as an Engineer I can't use assault rifles). I downloaded the Inferno Armor today, and as I walked past Kelly she said I had a new private message at my terminal, but there were no new messages! I assume that's the message I need to figure out how to get my Inferno armor. The other two armors just sort of appeared when I went to customize my appearance.

EDIT: I restarted my console and redownloaded my Inferno armor and there is now a message on my terminal., and I can now wear it by going to the customize appearance screen.

I suggest you guys try to restart and redownload if you haven't already.  I had a weird download for most of the DLC, it didn't start right away and said Download Pending for a few minutes and then suddenly it said DONE!  I was a little weirded out by that and also by the fact that I had to sit there and watch it download or for some reason it would stop the download.  The download stopped halfway on my Inferno armor because of this, and I wonder if that's why it didn't show up right away.

Yep, same problem here, it would put me at ease a little if the armor was sh*t anyways, but what I really want is the blackstorm.
