If modders use DLC mod techniques it should be possible for all to use them but Bioware should post a few notes on platform compatibility on nexus and similar sites Ideally, work with some modders to do that and form recommended practices.
They're cross! They're crosser than the rest of my face. They're independently cross! They probably want to cede from the rest of my face and set up their own independent state of eyebrows! Oh, that's Scots... I am Scottish. Haven't I? I've gone Scottish?

Well.. funny thing is, it's a she.
And I honestly think she looks like Merrill.. she changed her hairstyle and colour, put some tats on and forgot to maintain her bush. 
I was gonna do a playthrough and romance Solas with her for shits and giggles but realized I couldn't be bothered.

Perhaps the Black Emporium patch/DLC will have improvements in the CC. The available hairstyles simply suck.
Everything that has to do with Hair needs additional options in the CC. The hair, the beards, the eyebrows, they're just bad.
As other have said, hopefully we get something of an upgrade with the Black Emporium patch. That seems like *the* place to implement more and better hair/eyebrow/etc options into the CC.
I actually don't mind the eyebrows on my femQuisitor.
Why can't Bioware ever make nice eyebrows. They're always really bushy like my furry ones, or very thin and sparse.
There should be one or two eyebrow types for each gender that looks alright, if not ideal. At least it isn't as bad as the noses from Mass Effect. As a male, it is completely and utterly impossible to put together a nose that is satisfactory. I have to settle for what looks the least terrible, lol.

I wonder if they even know that we hate the hairstyles, eyebrows and beards? They're so silent about it it really makes me wonder if they have any idea
Same could be said for the gross, broken male elf anatomy. I hope they're listening and they'll fix both these issues, but their silence and assumed inaction--a result of that silence--strikes me as Bioware simply not caring. Unless it's a game-breaking bug (or an arguably helpful exploit), they'll probably just ignore us. 
Either way, it'd be real super if Bioware could learn that simply interacting with your consumers on a regular basis can set their minds at ease leagues better than simply pretending not to notice them.
