People Posting having problems linking XBL accounts to EA due to XBL accounts already being in use, or sytem Errors on part of EA.   Also, i've seen plenty of people saying call EA or contact them.  That would be nice but when you do, you get hung up on, or when they have live chat up, they just Close the connection before you can voice your problem.
