[Lady Artifice]

Welcome to a thread dedicated to the most enthusiastic Dwarf in Thedas, Dagna.

 

 

Dagna was born in Orzammar, into the Smith caste. Preferring to nurture her fixation on the Arcane rather than to be married to the "highest bidder" by her father Janar, she spent her time memorizing routes to the Ferelden circle tower and researching magical theory, all while seeking a way to leave Orzammar and pursue her ambition to become an Arcanist. During the events of DAI, she helps us make the Inquisitor's armor more awesome, and the undercroft more cheerful. 

 

This thread is primarily intended to offer those who enjoy Dagna's character an outlet to express it. If you would like to discuss Dagna's role in the story, her arcane pursuits, or her general snuggliness, please do. 

 

 

Dagna was written in DAO by Jennifer Helper and voiced by Betsy Beutler.

Did you know there is a character codex card for Dagna in the game resource files that is not used (so far as I can tell) in the game? Makes me wonder if something got cut, or is a DLC, or something...

I liked how they kept her enthusiasm, but wasn't a fan of her lame jokes and blase'/ nonchalant attitude towards everything.

I too hope it's just a friendship between them, but it's because I'm all about Dagna for a future LI.   I'm also not much of a shipper.
