Example: I would like to remove 20 creatures quickly

In Aurora Toolset is time consuming a lot (4~6 min for each creature deleted) I need to remove 20+ creatures quickly like in 2 minutes

1- Open your mod in the toolset, then open the "modules" folder with Windows Explorer(if under Windows, obviously). You will see a folder, "Temp0", which is holding the resources of your mod.

2- You can instantly delete any number of resources you wish in the folder.(make sure you know what you're doing as you can blast everything this way)

3- Go back to the toolset and save your mod.(you may need to make a small change and revert to be allowed to save)

deleting from temp0 does not work here. the creature bug after delete the blueprint of them and reload the module, the name of the creature deleted appears in the palette but it can't be opened

Simply rebuild the module, the palettes will be updated.

Alternatively, start an Export in the toolset. Right-click Delete the files you don't want. Cancel the Export. Select any palette in the right-hand window, right-click Refresh.

The last step is very important, but not required when you are only deleting scripts / conversations (because the left-hand palette updates automatically).
