I get a pop-up that says DLC cannot be accessed, and go through Ciberus Network. When I go to sign on the network, it asks for my guardian's email eventhough I am an old guy. Then it gives a timeout error, and to try again later. The game runs great other than that on my PC.

I sure hope I will be able to get my free DLC after today.

Same thing here, i need my guardian mail....i made my new ea account 10 days ago and i entered in it then nothing changed, still asked for my guardian...i am 34 yo guys....

The site believes that you screwed up your birthdate entry in some way, shape, or form, and must deal with EA support. No other answer.
