Old timer in need of help

Meilleure réponse Kantr , 03 avril 2015 - 04:42

Hello,

I am completly confused and require some assistance on how to proceed, I created an origin account a while back to play SwTor however I haven't used my bioware account for year and now I see that both are linked.. anyway here we go:

1/ I own Dragon age origin as a boxed version that i bought when it first came out, it includes Shale that i redeemed years ago on the bioware website, however I see that this old website has now disappeared and while i haven't tried yet, can i redeem that code on Origin if i download the software?
Or should i just install my Dragon age from the disk and it will recognize the keys?

2/Is the ultimate edition available in europe? I live in France but i can't find that edition anywhere, the DLCs on bioware stores are sold in $ will I have to pay the conversion fee to my bank if i purchase them one by one?

3/I would like to purchase dragon age Inquisition, and as i understand it I do not need my old save files (which are long gone) I can just set up the choices through the web app?

4/Are the DLCs for Origin available on Electronic Arts Origin software or only through the bioware store?

5/Unrelated to Dragon age, but I own Mass effect 1&2 on steam, if i purchase Mass effect 3 on Origin, will i be able to import my saves and IF not is there a similar web application to set up the choices i made?

Thank you in advance for your answers and your time

1. You should be able to redeem the key in origin. Best to talk to ea support as others have said.

2. Is it not on steam for you? On the Major sales it's always 75% off.

3. It's very simple to set up your choices in the keep. http://www.dragonagekeep.com. Just remember to hit export when you are done.

4. Not sure.

5. You can import the saves from ME2 into ME3

I was in a similar fix as you. The simplest and most effective way to get everything working together is to contact EA customer assistance and have a live chat with their representative. He or she should be able to get everything set up properly.

For ME, if I remember correctly the save data is imported from your hard drive, but I might be wrong since I don't play on PC.
