You're a filthy little ho aren't you?

If so, why and what games have you attempted/succeeded to get every achievement in?

I know I am and I'm not really 100% why I like trying to get the most achievements I can in a game. I know I like the challenge and setting goals for myself (even if they're irrelevant goals in life).

Even if I play a game that doesn't have achievements, I'm still a completionist thus wanting to finish everything I can. Unless I get bored with a game, then I just finish the story because I usually like to finish what I started.

If I really really enjoy the game (like Age of Empires II, Skyrim, Divinity Original Sin, etc) then those are the ones I will go out of my way to get dem achievs.

So far I only have 6 perfect games but I'm one achievement away from getting 7. SOON.

Atm I'm working on getting all or most of the achievements in Plague Evolved Inc.

Discuss or whatever.

I used to be a massive achievement hunter. Until all the damn "PLAY DIS MULTIPLAYER PLEASE!" achievement crap that kept coming up. But I still tried to get all the achievements that I could in single player until Assassin's Creed 3. The game bored me so badly it broke my achievement hunting tendencies. Now... I'm slowly getting back into it.

Hyperdimension Neptunia. Y'ALL GUNNA GET TO LEVEL 99 AND GIMME DAT ACHIEVEMENTS!

I don't like achievements that much, I'm not an achievement hunter of any kind.

But I am pretty proud of this achievement:

kL917MJ.jpg?1

It was quite hard to get and took a long time, so I'm happy I have it. The fact that less than 1% of people have it, is just icing.

I AM THE ONE PERCENT!

It takes a special game for me to hunt achievements. I normally just get them when I get them. I've done it for Skyrim and Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon. That's about it.

That gully achievement was worth it tbh.

Idk what my proudest achievement is though. Most of my rare achievements are Age of Empires II HD related all except for one and that's from D:OS.

Lego Marvel Superheroes.

That's it.

I was working on Lego The Hobbit earlier this week, still going back to it here and there to get more done. Those Lego games are more fun than people give them credit for imo.

Mine would be the platinum trophy from the Original Bioshock.

Holy ****, getting them all was tough. Playing the hardest difficulty without dying was a challenge though

The Arkham Games, definitely. 100 % in both City and Asylum, not Origins because it was a piece of poo-poo pancakes.

Tomb Raider, the new one. I got all the collectibles before I even finished the story.

Persona 3 & 4 -- 100 % Compendium, although there are still some small trophies I haven't gotten in Persona 4 Golden

Metal Gear Solid 1, 2, 3 & Peace Walker -- All VR Missions and everything, haven't done all of that in the HD Collection, however, for 2 & 3 because I didn't want to do it again. I'm slowly getting everything done for the Sly games, I need to get back to them again soon, same with the Jak & Daxter games. 100 % in Precursor Legacy.

inFamous 1 & 2

Knights of the Old Republic 2 -- Making all the compatible party members into Jedi Knights, getting to know as much of their backstories as possible

Same counts for most RPGs from either Obsidian or BioWare that I've played.

Silent Hill 2 & 3, all the endings, every angle, every unlockable

Resident Evil Remake, Zero, 2, 3, 4, Code Veronica, everything unlocked

Those are the ones I can think of at the moment but I do like doing side stuff if I'm having fun with the game.

I only had a handful of games I got all the achievements for - Oblivion, one of those Sega Genesis compilation games, Dragon's Dogma, Dead Island: Riptide, Dragon Age Origins (I think) and Dragon Age 2. I think I got all of Sleeping Dogs aside from the DLC stuff too.

Games like Deadly Premonition that require you to beat the game on each difficulty (playing on Very Hard will only get you the Very Hard achievement, for example) made me stop caring.

And Lost Odyssey's Treasure Trove achievement. Urgh. I didn't even bother.

Getting the achievement in Rage for the Five-Finger Filet minigame required me to go into a weird sort of trance. I'll never forget that.

The first game I ever managed 100% for was Fallout 3. And I worked for it. Then I bought a membership for XBL, hooked my Xbox up to the internet, and promptly lost my 100% complete because I'd never played the alien DLC. I was pissed. The same thing happened with Mass Effect 3 when the Citadel DLC came out.

The only other full-length game that I have 100% for is Dark Souls. While the game itself is very difficult, the achievements are actually pretty easy to get just by finishing it a few times.

I usually get about 70-80% of the achievements for a game I really like. Getting them all generally requires me to force myself to play the game in a way that I don't want to, so I traditionally don't end up with 100%

I somehow managed to get 43 of 65 achievements for Dragon Age 2, from a single playthrough that lasted a week before I returned the game.

I'm totally a completionist, tho'. Achievements aside, I put a lot of effort into exploring/finding everything in my first playthrough of any game.

Yeah same here. Usually when I replay a game, it's not really for the story thus I don't really care about getting those types of achievements either.

I'm also working on winning all the mini games in Rage, including Five-Finger Filet, though I haven't attempted those in a while. Just been focused on the ones like killing 10 mutant via running them over or kill an Authority Enforcer during jetpack descent.

I just remembered one. The kill 6 billion infected (not actually this high but still absurdly high) in Prototype. I still really want it but the combat isn't fun enough for me to kill all those infected :(

I hate it when someone wants to co-op a game and all they wanna do is the story or pick quests they don't wanna do. That's why I'm usually picky with who I game with but luckily I haven't played with anyone like that in years tbh. I'm usually always the one pointing out what's an achievement then the rest of my friends get them too.

Just don't play with Crusty. He's a casual.

Those kind of achievements in games I can't 100% get into, I just ignore. I wanna have fun while I'm achievement hunting tbh.

I actually unfriended someone over that, once! xD

I had played Saint's Row with her on Xbox, and she saw me playing Fable 3. I always play through a game by myself the first time, because I want to explore everything and do everything, and I don't want to have to worry about boring someone while I do it. When she asked me to invite her, I explained all of that (several times, ultimately) and said that I flat out never co-op my first playthrough. A dozen messages in two days later, and I was annoyed enough to remove her.

She used cheat mode on Saint's Row 2, anyway, that filthy casual.

100 percenting the first two Mass Effects was fun. Especially in the case of ME1 where I didn't know I could import a character (I was young...). Same thing with the Fallouts.

There's also all Call of Duty games up through Modern Warfare 2. I have some really great memories of completing Mile High Club on Veteran.

All the Sly Cooper games count, too.

I look forward to win TW: Shogun 2 on Legendary one of these days. Maybe with the Hattori.

I don't go out of my way to get achievements for the most part unless I'm really invested in a game.

As far as maxed achievements go...

ME 1/2/3

Fallout 3/NV

Alpha Protocol

Shadow of Mordor

...is what comes to mind.

Only a Sniper (or Soldier) could finish the final mission on insanity.

Good luck doing it with other classes.
