Ok its my first time on this forum so here goes...

 

I bought some Bioware Points to get some of the addons for Mass Effect 2 and 3, starting with Genesis.

 

But when i hit 'Complete Purchase' it when to this 'Oops' screen, and when i hit refresh i found out that it took 640 points from my account instead of 320.

 

Is there a way I can get these 320 points back ?
