The DLC handling in ME2 is quite inferior to that of Dragon Age. For Dragon Age, I never have to leave the game if I have points, and things are far more neat, organized and centrally located. Was hoping ME 2 would follow suit, but, oh well...

I'd have to agree there.
I've put in my keys and downloaded everything, unfortunately I had to do this out of game unlike Dragon Age.
My big question is....how do I see if the game has my DLC in there and ready to go? I won't start playing until I know this. How do I know?

Hi , am I the only one that started to download the DLC, and ( oh this is goin to take to long, i'll do it later) hit the cancel button. Is it possible to get past the, "This redeem code has already been use"?

Ok, I see that under my registered game promotions. I downloaded all six files and executed them. Now, how do I know that everything is in-game and working? What exactly does Cerberus do? I thought it was supposed to let you handle DLC in game. So far, all it does is give me 4 pages of scrolling text.
If I've got all of my DLC, why does it say "New Content Available" on the left (Main Menu)?

I too have that same problem! Also, just wondering, Cerberus Network only has two things up right now, right? Any feedback would be appreciated...

Once you download all the DLCs and run them, they automatically install themselves in the necessary folders.
However once you start the game, those DLCs will not be in the game UNLESS you are connected to the Cerberus network, which Authenticates said DLCs, essentially unlocking them in-game.
To check in-game wether you have these DLCs installed, check your private terminal within the Normandy on the left of the Galactic Map or in your personal quarters. You should have 1 unread message corresponding to the content of each DLC you installed. The message will tell you about the content and where to find it in-game.
Hope this helps.

Ok thanks for replying.
I wish there would be an in-game verification that DLC is installed, like in Dragon Age, but that is another story. If you download the files and execute the them, then you should have that part of the DLC. As previously stated, you can check this on your personal terminal.
I still don't know why it says "New Content Available" in the main menu. They should remove that.

Early days really, I guess they are seeing if the game itself is playing nice with others PC's and this would be the least of their worries, thanks for the info though.
