After the Iff mission is there any limit of how many missions to do before suicide mission? I want to loose as many as possible from the crew as possible.

Generally, depending on how many loyalty missions you still have left do, you have about 1-3 missions after the Reaper IFF before the Collectors come and abduct your crew.

 

After the abduction you have 1-3 missions before the Omega-4 Relay (either 2 or 3 missions max) and you will lose half your crew. Any more than that (either 3 or 4 missions) and all but Chakwas will die.

 

Alternatively, do not send an escort for the crew and they will all die on the suicide mission.

Correct. Of course, as RedCeasar mentioned, if you goal is simply to kill them, not sending an escort will do the job as well.

That is one thing I've never done in ME2. Do several missions after the crew is taken that cause half of them or more to die. If I want the crew killed, I don't send an escort. If I want them to live, I send an escort
