[Unpleasant Implications]

For me:
1) hawke or alistair = granted I haven't get to this play through yet but it is gonna be hard.
2) to kill Zeveran = never like him but kept him in my canon as my warden is good. N I always find it hard to kill or reject companion. Sebastian is an exception.
3) morrigan or the inquisitor = not sure of the consequences then.
Honourable mention = virmire in mass effect. Most difficult and impactful choice in all of bioware games.
