Because Krogans love their overkill. And detonating one or two more BEs on warped and shot enemies with only a bit health left is a good way to secure the overkill.

 

I'll just run at them super fast and let them meet my forehead instead. Which is also overkill Mwraaaaahahahahah!  :P

They work ok for the Kroguard / shotgun combo, especially with heavier shotguns. The faster the recharge, the sooner you can BC.  I don't use it on other Vanguards...

Only on the Krogan Vanguard (to keep weapon or melee synergy up) and (if I´m using the Raider) on the Brawler, as the Charge/Lash timings with it are just right for me.

Volus adept and Volus engineer. Also one game early on when I didn't have any cyclonics or adrenaline mods so I left the slot empty when playing the destroyer and got yelled at by the host for leeching. Put it on then just to laugh.

I only use power efficiency module with my infiltrators, if I'm using heavy SR's or shotguns.

 

Edit: Forgot to add "module" at the end of power efficiency.

Well, it does help with cloak cool down and same with other skills (if you happen to use them without cloaking first).

 

Sure, it won't remove more than about 1-2 sec, which ain't all that much. However, it's either that or nothing for armor slot for my Infiltrators. So, might as well use those efficiency mods to something.

I suppose off host (Cloak glitches) or after doing devices (also, decloaking after full duration for whatever reason) it would be nice.

 

I still prefer Cyclonics or Adrenaline Module on all my Infiltrators except the Shadow (Power Amps or Shield Power Cells...sometimes Adrenaline Module) though. Maybe the Huntress too, but I'm more about getting in the rippas face and shooting them with Warp ammo (after DC/Warp, naturally...and with a Shotgun), so I prefer to be more mobile/have more shields barriers anyway.

 

*sigh*  Man, how much more awesome would the Huntress be if she had a normal cloak! Priming enemies and shooting them with Warp ammo with cloaked weapon damage bonuses?!?

I've never had problems with the cloak CD unless I'm carrying a BW or Javelin with maxed out weight and had to run across the map to revive somebody.

Claymore novaguard is the only one I'm sure of. I think I used it occasionally on the volus adept as well (de-buff orbs for laughs).

Yeah, well to be honest, it's cloak that's really an issue. But you need extra CD, when you use sabotage with FQI or Proxy with GI or ED/proxy with SI without cloaking first. Shield power cells also doesn't really matter if I'm constantly cloaked.

 

Besides, best "armor boost" with Infiltrators is fast killing. You don't need to bother with Power efficiency or shield power cells, if your enemies dies with one-shot. ;)

lol, it's funny you said that, because the only reason I put them on before was just to make me look good too instead of having an empty slot.  :lol: DItto for Melee Strength Enhancers level 2 for when I don't want to waste a good weapon amp on kits that aren't even set up for melee.  ;)

Oh, I had totally forgotten Collector adept. That's one character that really benefits from Power efficiency.

Try shield power cells

 

Yes, this is something I try to slap on Infiltrators too. Mostly because the don't regain any shield under cloak, and too much is just too much.

 

Shield Cells are actually great on any kit. Even Volus Sentinal, because I try to avoid Shield Boost with agro dump first, which usually is enough. As I want the Volus Sentinal to have all the cooldowns related to his pets only. And Shield Boost has the longest cooldown too.
