I was using Drell Vanguard(quite starting to like him). In a long corridor I have a dying Banshee at bottom of corridor. A second Banshee appeared in the middile. Some enemies coming from behind.

The plan: Biotic Charge dying Banshee, she dies or no, but I recharge shield and escape from incoming enemies(higher chances than standing there).

The fail: As I was just about to Biotic Charge the dying Banshee, a Marauder appeared besides the sencond Banshee(the one in the middle) into the corridor. Biotic charge lock and hits Marauder and that Banshee instantly grabs me. Dead X_x

That one should be in a top ten ME3 Multiplayer fails. Or maybe even high five ranked fails XD

I remember seeing once a Krogan meleing a possesed abo and sending it flying into another player to catch the explosion XD so epic win/fail XD

Pull a possessed abomination. Falcon Punch. Flies at the person who just joined the game. Instant ragequit.

 

It was a fail because I didn't kill all three of us, only one of us.

Youre surrounded by the worst enemies! You launch a missile to save the team. You feel like a hero saving them ... Another teammate had launched a missile a few milliseconds ago. Your missile killed nothing but itself. Now youre feeling like a loser. Fail XD

BONUS: This happening 3 times and running out of missiles without killing anything. Lol.

This one just happened today actually.. Collectors/Reactor

The team was struggling a bit, but that's ok because I'm playing the Krolord, pimp-handing our way to glory. Wave 9 starts, I see a crab coming up on a teammate, but no problem, he's on a ramp so I'll just come up behind it and wail away on it. This crab didn't seem to care about the ramp rule, picks me up and the rocket save comes a second too late. Within 2 minutes the rest of the team wipes.

At that point you just gotta laugh and ready back up

I am notorious for missile fails. If you're ever in a match with me and we get Wave 10 targets, expect to hear a volley of missile to kill one target

That's about the biggest fail I have, not sure if many other moments top that. Maybe thinking Destiny would be a good game? Or maybe that one time I fooled around with Becky in the bathroom at school...

I reinstalled the game this morning thinking I should give the game a go again. I looked at the game menu then went "nope". I almost slipped on a book on the floor afterwards so that was the highlight of my day.

On topic, I once Biotic Charged out of the EZ with one second to go. It was with the Slayer, I believe. I must have wanted to hit Phase Disruptor, instead of Biotic Charge. You can imagine me going "Oh ****," when that happened. My teammates were pretty pissed, as this move cost us a Full Extraction.

Ever played the Lebron James kit? It's a codename for a Claymore Novaguard. A long time ago before me or any of my friends were ready for Platinum, we all selected this particular kit...with no equipment! We didn't even use a Gear Bonus. We did Collectors/Jade/Platinum. Needless to say, we got our butts kicked. But we had a blast. This insane idea was inspired by my very first Platinum game. I ended up with said kit in that set-up, whilst the game was in progress. I was searching for Silver, and got Platinum instead. It took me a few seconds to realize it, too. Then, it ended with a Praetorian sync-killing me. Memorable games, for sure.

1. Running into an invisible Banshee on wave 11.

 

2. Accidentally locking all team members (except for me) in the reactor in an attempt to roll away from a Praetorian - was then instantly killed.

 

3. Used lash on a possessed abomination with four seconds left to go - squad wipe.

 

 

4. Abandoning the controller for 10 seconds - must have been leaning on some buttons because when I came back I was looking at the floor, with no cobra missiles or ops packs left. I must have been firing missiles at the floor and constantly refilling my health and shields for a moment.

In my case, the fail started when I acquired ME3SE for the WiiU, and has spread to the Xbox 360 and Windows (7, 8.1, and 10PTP so far). I believe this may be one of the most extensive cases of fail in ME3 history. And if it isn't yet, it will be one day, because it's still ongoing.

Trying hard to be a true hero not long ago, a teammate goes down with a banshee standing over him, won't have the time to save him if I gun down the banshee so I pull out the cobra missile and fire. Right before the missile hits the banshee teleports away and I kill one single swarmer with that missile.

In Dagger map, you're fully concentrated to kill enemies on lower levels, only to get sync killed by Banshee/Phantom. What a failure to pay attention to your surroundings.

 

Killing yourself with reactor core in Hazards Reactor.

 

Killed by Nemesis.

 

Missing heavy melee against Phantom with Krogan. Only to be rewarded by said Phantom sync killing you.

I don't think that using the Cobra for its intended design purpose counts as a fail, more of a triumph really

I remember this one XD on white base! We were on 10 or 11, I was the only survivor. Then one enemy remaining!!! To my surprise: it was that Banshee that gets stuck on the roof XD lol biach XD knowing its an easy kill I got under her to see her details and attack her hahahahha hahhhahaah ahahahhahha hahahah.... Suddenly she teleported down insta killing me ._.

That one closing the reactor doors is another good one for a top ten or high five, specially with oneself insidr :=

Hydra versus Collectors. I'm playing a melee build Valkyrie and we're on extraction wave. There's seconds left and I'm just outside the EZ but team is getting stomped. Powers are on cool down so I do the only thing I can, charge up my heavy melee. Unfortunately I didn't see the A-bomb, but needless to say everyone else felt it as I wiped the whole team! Best part is getting the message from one of the players saying they could hear my melee charging and knew exactly what was about to happen but couldn't stop me. In his words, "best team wipe he's ever seen!"
