I'm not sure if this is new or not, since I haven't played DAMP for a few months until today, so I'm wondering if anyone knows a fix, or at least a cause for it. Every time I complete a match, I get that message, and then the game sends me back to the main menu - though I do seem to keep my gold, loot, and XP at least.
There was an error retrieving required data from the Dragon Age server

If you're getting it constantly, then it might be a problem on your end? Maybe try restarting your connection or clearing your cache or something.

What platform is it? I get that occasionally on PS3. It has an accompanying effect though, that might appear separately as well.
The effect is that it will show my previous match kills and stuff on medal screen along with my current match results. Often times I've had a Hunter with both staff and bow kills.
As far as I know it's just the medals, not the contributed XP as often times when this happens I'm lower on the scoreboards.
I would guess your connection being the culprit there. When you start a match it pings a server, same when ending the match. The loading times in those occasions might screw up the connection, even more so on lower end PC's and last gen consoles.
On my phone I tend to play some MMO games and those use my phone's 3G connection. Often it switched from 3G to Edge network (a kind of 2G remnant) or other 3G variation (HDSPA+ and whatnot) and often times in those occasions the connection would but losing the match results in the process but otherwise causing no visible issues.
In short, your line stability might be the issue. There's another active thread about connection stuff in which Drasca posted a line stability test link. I'd run that to see if there's something on that department.
Edit: On phone I tend to fire up a browser to manually activate the connection and it seems to work every now and then. Not sure if it works on your connection / hardware but if you're on PC you could run some light internet activity thing on the background.
