So, it's basically question of crit chance/crit damage vs. super high attack rating.
I got a war hammer(exact same crafting materials with Ornate Battleaxe. I'm currently farming Ornate Battle Axe schematic) with 40 something crit chance and 30 something armor penentration and 20 something crit damage. On the other hand, I got a Hossberg Twainer with simply 70% of attack +.

Which one do you think is better? In my gut feeling, my war hammer can pull out a lot of big sized numbers (font size wise) but the actual amount of that number is not actually bigger than normal font sized damage output that Hossberg Twainer can pull out. Am I seeing it right?

(By the way, both of them use same masterwork material which is 10% 5 hidden blade one.)

The Battleaxe is much better for a reaver since you need as much crit chance as possible

Ornate battleaxe is pretty much best 2H in the game due to how much crit you can get from it, and how that synergizes with flow of battle.
