Ok, I preordered and downloaded the game on Steam, and booted it up with the Mass Effect 2 Launcher. One of the buttons on the launcher was the downloads button. I clicked it, it brought me to this website, and asked me to enter my Promo codes. So I put in my code for the Cerberus Network. It said that was just great, gave me access to a few downloads. Then I put it another promo code and got my other download. So I downloaded all my add-ons, installed them, restarted the game and on the main menu it said "You must log into the Cerberus Network to make the following add-ons work" or a reasonable facsimile thereof. So I click to connect to the Cerberus Network and it asks me for my key...so I enter the key again and NOPE! This key has already been used!
Yes, yes it has been used. By me! On the freakin' Bioware site! Let me log in and I shall show you! Nope nope nope, it just demands that I give it a key. I have no real desire to pay another $15 to access something I already own! Seriously! A little help please.

i have the same problem i play on xbox and both the codes i got suck same problem with the cerberus and the same with the terminus code and how do i link this account with my gamer tag

Many others, including myself, are currently suffering from the same exact problem. As of now BioWare hasn't responded to this issue. We'll have to be patient and wait for a hopeful fix.

Strange. I entered my Cerberus code here on the Bioware site and installed the DLC. When I got into the game it asked me to log into Cerberus with my EA account email and password. It didn't ask me for my Cerberus code.

Nice to see such outstanding community support from bioware. They'd better get on top of fixing this one. I was lucky and read online not to register at bioware's DLC site but in game. Still, getting key already in use, because you just used it in game for the same account? What are they even thinking.
