Hi! Does anyone know if there is a model for a minecart placeable available anywhere? My abandoned mine is looking a bit incomplete with all these tracks but no carts! ![]()

I know the CEP has minecarts, but I'm not sure if they were ever released as an individual bundle. CEP found them from some place, or maybe made their own for the package. *shrugs*
Found this, but who knows if it was ever released to the community, I couldn't find anything on it myself.

That rideable minecart is awesome, although I wasn't thinking of going as far as that for this module. Maybe later on, once I get some more experience with scripting. ![]()
I haven't actually installed the CEP, but I'll definitely have a look in there and see what it has. Thanks!

tricky to pull that off unless there is a riding magic carpet phenotype. Is there such a thing? If there is you'd just need to finagle the minecart into a tail.

I believe Ben Harrison made both "riding in a barrel" and "magic carpet" phenotypes. So magic carpet phenotype and WalkWayPoints()? If someone would have described the effect me, I wouldn't have imagined it would have looked so good.

The author of that video is me. Its not so easy as it looks.
First, the magic carpet phenotype doesnt match, so I needed to modify the Z position of it, so its a new phenotype.
Second, I had to simulate accelerating and I had to use NWNX for that and modify base PC speed.
Third, speed movement is not changed while PC is moving from one waypoint to another, so in order to increase speed between waypoints I had to make lots of them.

also illustrated here:

which shows why a new phenotype is needed!

* Ahem ... cough *

(texture variants and overturned versions, plus they're sized to fit the Bioware mine track spacing to boot........)
