Her son will have her name because her name has power.
For nobility all that matters is the name if you want to be someone.
because lesbians make beabies now , right

Yes. Because they can if they want to.
even if she keep her name her son will not have her hame , and let s add she is a lesbian so their is no son .
so their is no one to rule after her death if gaspard is dead
Successions doesn't stricly works like that in Thedas. The late Emperor didn't have surviving children. Gaspard name (he isn't a Valmont) wasn't (at first) an obstacle for him to be considered Emperor when Florian died.
Moira Theirin passed on her name to Maric directly in Ferelden.
Gaspard mentions the crown could pass to their more distant cousins.

even if we say so , Celen is Old just like gaspard , but a man can have babies even after the age of 80 , but a women can"t after 45 .
So no successor for celen

Celene is 37 in Inquisition. And like I said having babies is not the only way to name an heir (even Josephine mentions that she hasn't NAMED an heir yet).
Also you spelling makes my eyes hurt.
Who you get to rule depends on what sort of outcome you want for Orlais and also for the elves.
If you want Orlais to carry on being in chaos and turmoil after getting rid of the big bad, then get all 3 to work together because very soon they go back to scheming against one another again; Gaspard just doesn't do so with open war.
If you want a strong Orlais, then choose Gaspard alone because he virtually dispenses with the Game and executes anyone who gets in his way. If you don't want him to invade Ferelden then make sure you broker a peace treaty.
If you are an elf and want to help the elves then choose Briala ruling with a puppet Gaspard, since the nobles fear of the elven Inquisitor and respect for the Inquisition (if you had high court approval) keeps them from rebelling. Celene has to die for this result.
If you are not an elf and want to help the elves then choose reconciling Celene and Briala; it achieves less overall but the court seem more willing to accept this with Gaspard out of the way. Gaspard has to die for this result.
Let Celene/Gaspard/Briala worry about the succession; not your problem.
Well at the end of TME, Briala is already willing to harm both sides to prolong the CW. Nothing changed, she'll do as much as she can for her cause.
And as for the elf that she presumaly sent to her death, I'm still not sure that one wasn't working for another player. The way she answers the questions you ask her is very suspicious. Plus she is wrong in claiming that Briala and Celene were still together after the purge.
It's also plain at the end of TME that they still got feelings for each other so not surprised either that it's an option in Inquisition.
I hate to ask this since it might derail the topic but why did Amine Yakhaf say that women over 45 can't have children? My sister-in-law just had a baby and she's 50. There are also women in the news who gave birth after 65.
