Hey, all! I have run through the game twice now, and even after capturing all keeps, my Inquisition banner topper does not appear on my banners anywhere. Did I miss something? I have the PC version, is a well known glitch?

The crown is supposed to be a reward for capturing all the keeps (Caer Bronach, Griffon Wing Keep, Suledin Keep) but it may not be rewarded even after claiming the third keep. The bug seems to occur when keeps are not claimed in order.

There are two chests in the hissing wastes with a banner or crown in them. I forget exactly which chest, but this forum has a post with all the banner / crown locations.

You can farm them by taking the banner and leaving at least one non-gold item.
This will not give you the Inquisition banner / crown combination, which is bugged for me as well, but farming them will allow you to complete the Skyhold banner collection quest.
