I still don get how Fenris is not top disliked character
Awww poor Sebastian is in the lead. I thought he was a great rogue. Poor li'l guy gets no love.
I voted for Carver because whiny broody butthead teenager.
Well of the 4 choices, Sebastian definitely gets the vote as overall least favorite.
I dislike Anders, Fenris, and Sera more than him, but they aren't choices.
And Alistair throws a tantrum and tries to run away when I try to recruit an extra Warden, so it's not exclusive to Sebastian. Sebastian knew Elthina for more than a decade compared to Hawke knowing Anders for 6 years so it's understandable why Sebastian leaves. He lost his mother and you expect him to just be happy you let the murderer go?
Also I don't see him as self-righteous, he doesn't go around telling people he's always right about his beliefs like Anders and Fenris and he isn't delusional about his beliefs like DAO Leliana
yes, i totally understand his need to kill Anders and why he wants to leave because I refused to kill Anders for him and is prepared to fight him if he started a fight. But let it be a fight between me, him, Anders and all the other companions only. why threaten Kirkwall? a city which just has the Chantry blasted and tons of innocent people already died. And all the while, he is preaching about faith and blah blah blah but is prepared to take down the whole city just because he wants some revenge and couldn't do it himself.
Face it, he is a coward. he knows that if he tries to kill Anders then, I would probably be forced to fight him (if the game allows) and will kill him. so he ran off to get an army and want to kill everybody. Horrible.
So Sebastian and Vivienne are in the most unpopolar party?

Curiously, I'm pretty sure most organizations in the Free Marches would vote my Hawke to be the most "unpopular character", too.
Indeed.I still don get how Fenris is not top disliked character
Sebastian is a day-one DLC companion - which made a lot of people hate him from the start, just on principle.
Javik is also a day one DLC char and, from what I have heard, most people like him
Carver Hawke is better than your faves

i love sebastian, he is stupid but he is also sexy...
Elthinaaaaaaaa nooooo OMG!

That's because he's interesting...Unlike Sebastian.
Really, people day one anything has nothing to do it. He's just that dull.
Freaking DAII haters. Since hating DAII is hip, they simply hate everything about it, especially the parts that were actually done well. Hawke for example, is miles better a protagonist than the wet cardboard that is the Inquisitor.

Fixed. Damn primitive. ![]()

Thank you! Fixed the spelling.
fixed 5/6 anyway
I can understand Sebastian and Carver, but Hawke and Vivienne? I can't stand with that, they're two very entertaining characters. I'd switch them out for The Inquisitor and Bethany I love all the mages i'm so sorry B.
Hawke instead of IQ, his/her have more personality ... why so much hate for hawke
? It was more funny to play with a sarcastic hawke than a... neutral IQ.
Is that really any different from most of the othe companions? Isabella only becomes relevant at the end of act 2. Merrill was only relevant for releasing Flemeth in act 1. Fenris never becomes relevant to the main plot at all insofar as DA2 has a main plot. Not to mention that unlike Sebastian, Javik's actually relevant to the story. SeaBass is just an extra who only ties into the plot when Elthina takes the stairway to heaven.

That's true, and SeaBass releases a killer techno track afterward.
They'd be a pretty dysfunctional party together. Hawke and Carver, constantly sniping. Then Vivienne says that Hawke should be in the Circle, and Carver suddenly gets all aggressive with her. Then Vivienne sets him on fire. Then she and Hawke duel. And Sebastian is somewhere in the background, either praying or making angry eyes in the general direction of Kirkwall.

Yeah. I would literally leave my Inquisitor in the fade instead of Hawke. Bioware did a good job at making a character that I felt no attachment for. Their personality is too bland. Their backstory is too weak. I don't want to talk about my past. I want to see it. I want to meet the head of the Trevelyan family, or the Keeper from clan Lavellan. The lack of any origin story at all made me feel the Inquisitor had no identity. I think that if future sequels or DLC have an option to kill the Inquisitor in a noble sacrifice, I would take it.
