Same thing happened to me my first time through the temple. Unfortunately I don't know where exactly it is, but I seem to remember it being on an outcropping... on the right side of the map? I think.

I finally found it. Had to climb up some rocks, I never thought to climb those before. A lo-and-behold the schematic and the last fire for the Firestarter Achievement... D'oh.
