There's literally a spot in Haven where you fall threw the map and get stuck. Only way to get out is to teleport to a new map. It's not even hidden its out in the open.

On topic, I've never actually encountered this bug. Where is it exactly?

There's not really much reason to go to the other side of the map.

Once you fall in the hole you're in like a tiny ice cave with no way out. At least put some loot in there or something.

Asking for them to populate a bugged location is a bit of a stretch request Cass.  I've run into my share of holes and fallen through areas where I shouldn't and most of the time a FT will get you out, but not all.  I know where you are in the ice cave post cory's attack on Haven (unpopulated of course), just not how you got there.

 

And Cass I'm sure she appreciates you waiting for the brains to wake up.

You can literally walk strait to it from the beginning of the game (as soon as you can leave Haven's front gate) . You don't have to do any climbing or tricky jumping its out in the open.

I'm on my fifth playthrough and I've never seen any holes in Haven. And yeah, I always scour Haven very thoroughly. Pic?

Don't know of it's the same one, but there's a cave under a pile of rocks you can't leave. I fell in when I was chasing goats.

My, my... I wasn't aware of that. I mean I've passed that spot many times but didn't realize that you can fall through. I just tried it in game and I did fell through but not instantly; took a moment and a right angle. Well, not that big of a deal for me and doesn't really affect gameplay. I'll just avoid it from now on (easiest choice) and travel or reload if something happens. It's probably not very high on BW's fix list, anyway, if at all, and it's not like it's the only one in the game.

Nope, I'm on PC. Just go past the pier on the other side of the lake, opposite direction from the loggin stand and on top of that pile of huge rocks with the frozen waterfall. It's a very small pit.

It's not that far and besides there are lot of elfroot there and also iron, clearly put there to be collected. There's rams and druffalos, as well, not that I would ever kill them.
