Just noticed this store named Red Janey while doing the Citadel DLC. Is this a reference to the Red Jennies in DAO, or something else?

Might be a reference to Shadow Broker dossier on Anderson:

Could easily be. There are plenty of references to Mass Effect in Dragon Age, I wouldn't be surprised.

There is at least one Dragon Age reference in Mass Effect as well. During Kasumi's DLC one of the statues among Hock's collection is a darkspawn ogre.
