Me going into the movie on Saturday, knowing there was a Paul Walker tribute to close out the film.....

I know, I know, the movies do their damnedest to redefine ridiculous with each new stunt in the series, Vin Diesel's dialog in GotG was more engaging than some of his Dominic Toretto one-liners over the years, and their portrayal of car culture (and physics in general) is less realistic than, well......sorry, I can't think of a movie ridiculous enough to carry the punch this punch-line deserves.

 

In any event, I love these cheesy-ass movies.  The original F&F dropped when I was in high school, and just developing a love of all things automotive.  That PW tribute had me choking up.

I hate to say it guys, but Paul Walker was neither good enough for Heaven or bad enough for Hell, so he was passed down to me, Ultimate Power Being. He now resides in Kevin, which is like an off brand Heaven, but without most of the perks. There's basically just a pile of coke, hookers and Blackjack tables since I couldn't afford gilded streets and fountains of youth and singing angels and other such bullsh*t.
