I hope they add schematics into the black emporium, starting with 20 tier 1 schematics and 5 teir 2 schematics for sale at a high price then increase the number depending on player progress like the did in dragon age 2. Farming for schematics has become the bane of my existence, it is such a pain having to spend so much time farming for them I would rather spend 2000 gold on a tier 1 schematic then 30 minutes farming for one. It actually feels more meaningful that way because then I'm working up to buying it rather than playing a game of Russian roulette and mentally blowing my brains out checking chest.
The main things I hope they will add in the emporium are the refined greatsword as a tier 3 schematic, this is the weapon they used in the box art yet when I got it I barely got to use it before I found a better weapon.

The next one is the inquisition longsword and shield used by Cassandra as a tier 2 schematics, I think these are the most coolest sword and shield in the game but so damn weak. And when your playing as a character called the inquisitor I would be nice to have access to the same weapons and shields.

Following that it would be nice have access to old weapons and items, the two handed Starfang would be a fearsome weapon to have, as far as I have heard is it is only available via mp.

I hope they add in unique items like the ring of ages, lifegiver, and the key to the city rings. Belts like the clinch of skilful manoeuvring and amulets like the spellward, finding loot had gotten a bit boring as there aren't that many unique ring, belt and amulets other than increasing a stat or making an specific ability do more damage or last longer and they don't have any history or storied behind them.
I love playing DA inquisition but the grinding and farming really kills the experience for me as the game is big enough to last a long time, while grinding and farming does increase the games life it does so by creating a negative experience in my opinion.
For the next patch it would be nice to increase the drop rates of schematics, something like an 100% increase in tier 1 schematics, 50% increase in tier 2 drops and a 30% increase in tiers 3 schematics, and also please fix the raider sword grip mesh and texture glitch.
I agree with this wholeheartedly. I was so happy when I found the Refined Greatsword, but I was even more disappointed when I realized how comparatively weak it is and that there are no Tier 3 schematics for it. It's the weapon from the cover and one (if not THE) of the best looking weapons in the game, it should be craftable and powerful and available as a Tier 3 schematic (and possibly a Tier 4 schematic - it looks just that good).
The same goes for the "Inquisition Shield" and the "Inquisition Longsword". I think there should not only be a Tier 2 schematic, but also Tier 3 and possibly Tier 4. With such iconic weaponry, why not make them work similar to the armor sets, which look almost the same across different tiers, but have better stats?
I also agree that, if the RNG system is to be kept (which wasn't a good design edition for a singleplayer game in the first place), the drop chance should be significantly increased. If I want to grind and farm my brains out I will play a MMO, thanks.
Going along with the Schematics idea, I really think they should make it so that the different weapons are equal to eachother, for example greatswords, greataxes, Mauls, i think that it is not really smart that they made it so that they are actually different because people like different looks. because there is no way that a maul as big as they make them in Dragon age is weaker than a greatsword.
This is also a great idea. I really hated that you were basically forced to use axes as a warrior, if you wanted to get the most effective weapons, because of how to game favours critical chance. This really put me off playing a sword & shield warrior, because there are no Tier 3 longsword schematics (none that I have seen anyway), only axes and maces, which is really weird.
An alternative or addition to this would be to allow weapon appearance customization during crafting (so for example you craft an "Ornate Battleaxe", but for the appearance of the weapon you use the "Firm Greatsword", if you have its schematic).
Or, at the very least, each warrior weapon should have one offense leather slot for critical chance, since it's pretty much a necessity for that class (and more grips, hafts and pommels with offense leather slots).
I would happily pay for a weapon pack DLC, just to see these changes realized (I'm a bit weird when it comes to good looking swords).
