I'm playing on a PC. Will it cancel the 21-hr war table operation or can I move on and it will continue like usual? Additionally, do I lose access to areas I've visited before Skyhold?

What system are you on? You can advance the time but maniputlating the clock to advance one day. Thats what I do on ps4 at least. second question no

Sorry to doublepost but when you say manipulating the time, do you mean your system's time or is there an in-game mechanic for this?

Yeah you can just set your PC clock forward the needed hours.

If it's the "axe" operation, you will be fine (it carries over to Skyhold).

You won't lose access to previously opened areas (well, except for Haven, obviously).
