What is the most powerful single attack you think you can think of (start throwing together your builds)

 

A single attack can include a single melee, a single shot, a single power attack... and it CAN be under the buffing of another...

Not counting grenades, these four are the highest I can think of.

 

When it comes to weapons, a DI javelin can mathematically do more damage than GI javelin, but it requires very specific circumstances. Because of that, the DI javelin has the highest spike damage.

ANNNNND that is EXACTLY why I started this thread.... I made the guidelines loose enough to where people can work out this and bring out a variety of answers but tight enough to where people actually have to think.

Maxed out shadow strike on a sabotaged armored target can reach 18k damage. That's the best a power can do. This is why the Atlas bug is the ultimate kick in the pants to the shadow.

Smash can reach about the 6500 range. I don't recall the exact number.


Best melee is about 6500 I think. The Ghost might be able to do higher vs a sabotaged target. But both are unrealistic since only armored units have numbers that high and the best melee attacks (except the shadow) lose 25% damage vs armor.

Meanwhile, the GI heavy melee could probably crank out 13k armor damage in 2 seconds. Pulse pulse pulse pulse pulse. I'd bet 16k actually. Edit: and that's not even vs a sabotaged enemy.
