I've finished his Tough Love quest and made the Necklace of Kadan, and during the scene where I give him the gift, I chose to continue the romance, but my friend who is also romancing The Iron Bull got an option extra option after that scene asking if they could spend some time together which opened up another romance scene, I haven't got that option yet, the only options I get under "Can we talk about us" are to [Kiss him] - [End Relationship] or 'Never mind'.

 

I'm beginning to wonder if I'm bugged or did something wrong along the way, please help! Also his tarot card never changed from Tal-Vashoth to romanced.

Have you done Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts? (The Orlesian ball). That should open up the conversation where you'll get his Tarot card.

Yep, after Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts, that is where you have to choose to end or commit(I think you can break up on the third romance scene)to the relationship.

I did Here Lies the Abyss today and the option became available after the cut-scene with the stick - funny stuff, but yeah thanks guys!
