I've finished his Tough Love quest and made the Necklace of Kadan, and during the scene where I give him the gift, I chose to continue the romance, but my friend who is also romancing The Iron Bull got an option extra option after that scene asking if they could spend some time together which opened up another romance scene, I haven't got that option yet, the only options I get under "Can we talk about us" are to [Kiss him] - [End Relationship] or 'Never mind'.

 

I'm beginning to wonder if I'm bugged or did something wrong along the way, please help! Also his tarot card never changed from Tal-Vashoth to romanced.

I'm just here or the answers since I appear to be having the same exact problem! Didn't even realize there was an extra scene until I read this post - hmph, well, damn. Have you tried advancing in the main plot at least?

What do you mean? Sorry I haven't been playing this game for very long lol.

Okay, that's fine, have you done either Wicked Eyes and Wicked Hearts or finished Here Lies the Abyss, yet? That might give you the option. I know for some of the other romances it works that way, like Blackwalls did for me.

No I haven't, that must do the trick though since someone else just suggested almost the exact same thing, hahaha. Thank you for the help, I just hope it works!

I think this falls in the mor general inner circle issues, generally there is a conflict with the NPC that must be resolved and then it will work.

I've done the IB romance twice and yeah, you have to progress with the plot.
